About omission of unauthorized private property under road elevated

　In May 2020, facilities under the Moving Walkway (1-1-1, Sakuragicho, Naka-ku) were used without permission to occupy the road due to insufficient understanding of the actual conditions of use. In response to this matter, we conducted interviews with users and found that similar cases were located at the east exit of Yokohama Station and at Totsuka Station East Exit.
　We deeply apologize for any such improper handling, and will continue to investigate whether there are any similar cases and thoroughly implement measures to prevent recurrence.
