Handling of regular use of municipal bicycle parking lots to prevent the spread of infection

In light of the announcement of a state of emergency regarding COVID-19, the validity period of regular use was extended by one month free of charge to prevent the spread of infection. However, in response to the extension of the declaration and a request to refrain from going out until May 31, the regular use of the municipal self-transfer parking area will be extended by one month free of charge. We don't have any particulars in necessary/required procedures.
