The National Street Business Promotion Council and the Urban Redevelopment Promotion Council, chaired by The Mayor of Yokohama, jointly with the National Continuous Overpass Project Promotion Council and the National Land Readjustment Project Promotion Council, held the "2020 Urban Infrastructure Development Project Promotion Conference" in writing and requested the Liberal Democratic Party Secretary Shibayama, Chairman Sato, and Chairman Shimomura to promote the development of urban infrastructure facilities.
