As part of the effective utilization of our assets, Yokohama City will lend land to Chigasakichuo Rainwater Reservoir (Tsuzuki Ward ).
While securing the function of the rainwater regulating pond, companies that can be used will be determined by open call for participants (two-stage general competitive bidding).
The loan form is a fixed-term lease agreement for business use for 49 years, and we expect a proposal for a utilization method that contributes to regional revitalization and the increase in revenue in Motoichi.
