Yokohama City plans to implement the development of electric wire joint ditch using the PFI method on Ring Route 3 (Sugita Konandai area), and prior to the tender announcement scheduled for FY2021, the implementation policy of the project, the required standard (draft) and the monitoring basic plan (draft) will be announced, and questions and opinions from private businesses will be raised.
