Regarding the two bridges in Totsuka Ward, the Tozuka West Exit Joint Building Residential Association proposed naming rights, a pedestrian bridge was signed on May 1, 2020.

(1) Target facilities: Totsuka Station West Exit Pedestrian Bridge (16-19, Totsuka-cho, Totsuka-ku)
Nickname: Totsukana Tokyu Plaza Deck (Totsuka Station West Exit Pedestrian Bridge)
(2) Target facilities: Tozuka West Exit Bus Center Pedestrian Bridge (16-18, Tozuka-cho, Totsuka-ku)
