The Ota-Kanagawa Line, a city planning road, is a city planning road with a length of about 7.1 km, starting from the Kawasaki city boundary of Komaoka 5-chome, Tsurumi-ku, and is a main road connecting the coastal area and the inland area of the city. .
Among them, the Baba district has been operating since 2001 in a section of about 1 km from Kamimiya 1-chome, Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama City to Nishiterao 1-chome, Kanagawa-ku. The Yokohama Kita Line Baba Entrance (Uchiji intersection side) will open at 12:00 on October 21, 2020 (Wednesday), and will be turned into four lanes at 15:00 on October 19, 2020 (Monday) .
