In the gas pipe replacement work carried out by Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. on the city road of Tsuda Minamidaidai, Midori Ward, a company that received an order for construction work was inappropriate to mix concrete lumps when backfilling the excavation site after laying the gas pipe.
