Toukyu Toyoko Line has been developing pedestrian-only roads as a valuable local resource that contributes to improving migration and revitalizing the area in central Yokohama. The construction of the section from the vicinity of Sakuragicho Station West Exit Plaza to the Momijizaka Intersection has been completed, so the service will begin on July 16, 2019 (Tuesday).
