The Shikimidai and Imagawa-cho districts in Asahi-ku are difficult areas for elderly people to go out because there are many steep slopes and the road width is narrow. Local people took the initiative and launched the Exploratory Committee as an approach to the "Yokohama City Regional Traffic Support Project", and the "Shiki Tour" was operated, but the service was abolished in October 2018 .
This time, the results of the local community and Daiichi Kotsu Industry Co., Ltd.'s study to secure new means of transportation have paid off, and Hinode Daiichi Kotsu Co., Ltd. (Daiichi Kotsu Industry Group) ) Will start a demonstration operation of the "Shiki Tour" on Monday, June 3, 2019.
