A bid was opened on April 10 for the commissioned work ordered by the Road and Highway Bureau Road Investigation Division to determine the winning bidder. After that, while proceeding with the contract procedure, it was found that there was an error in the contents of the nomination competitive bidding nomination notice, so the bid was canceled. .
