As part of the effective utilization of our assets, Yokohama City will lend land to Utsukushigaokanishi Daiichi Rainwater Reservoir (Aoba Ward).
While securing the function of the rainwater regulating pond, companies that can be used will be determined by open call for participants (two-stage general competitive bidding).
The loan form is a 30-year fixed-term lease agreement for business use, and we look forward to proposals on utilization methods that contribute to regional revitalization and the increase in revenue in Motoichi.
