City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau will lend land to the Chigasakichuo Rainwater Reservoir (Tsuzuki Ward ) as part of its effective utilization of its assets.
While securing the function of the rainwater regulating pond, we decide company which can utilize by open call for participants (two-stage general competitive bidding).
The loan form will be a 30-year fixed-term leasehold for business use, and we expect proposals for utilization methods that contribute to regional revitalization and increase in revenue in Motoichi.
