(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Being a person who has been registered for all of the items of a to c in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5/6. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if you are applying for a to c at the time of submitting the application form for participation, and registration is completed by the date identifying the contract candidate.

(3) Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension on any day between September 29, 2023 and the specific date of the contract candidate.
(4) In the past five years (FY2018 to FY2022), there must be similar or similar business track record of the same size (donation amount) as this consignment. Of these, in the past three years (FY2020 to FY2022), one organization must have a track record of handling donations of 300 million yen or more in a single year for one organization.
(5) Must be certified as the "Privacy Mark" of the Japan Information Economy and Society Promotion Association or the international standard "ISO27001".

If there are a large number of people who are eligible to participate, the schedule may be different (scheduled for December 4, 2023).
