(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Being a person who has been registered in the details of the events of A to C in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6 However, this does not apply if you are applying for a to c at the time of submitting the application form for participation and the registration is completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified.

(3) Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from September 29, 2023 to a specific date for the contract candidate.
(4) In the past five years (FY2018 to FY2022), there must be a similar or similar business record of the same size (donation amount) as this consignment. Of these, in the past three years (FY2020 to FY2022), in the similar and related business contracted with a local government, the donation amount of 300 million yen or more per group alone must be handled.
(5) Must have obtained the "Privacy Mark" certification of the Japan Information Economy and Social Promotion Association or the international standard "ISO27001".

If there are a large number of qualified participants, it may be a separate schedule (scheduled for December 4, 2023).
