Conditions for participation must meet the conditions of (1).

Applicants who are eligible to apply shall meet all of the following requirements:

• Listed on the Yokohama City General Competition Qualified Persons List (articles, consignments, etc.) in 2023 and 6, and the scale category is registered as "Small and Medium Enterprises".
• Listed on the list of qualified persons in Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding in Reiwa 5.6, and registered the details of the business event "320: Various survey plans" "B: Consulting (excluding construction consulting)" in the first place thing.

• Not a person who has filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004) or a person who has decided to start it.
• Have not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
• A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings based on the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (decision to commence rehabilitation or rehabilitation proceedings) Excluding those who have been made and who Yokohama City has recognized that there is no risk of falling into unperformance.)
