- When writing by hand, all must be written with a ballpoint pen that does not disappear (pencill pencil writing, disappearing ballpoint pen cannot be used).
- If the submission deadline has passed, it will not be accepted. However, if the arrival is delayed due to reasons caused by the carrier, the proof will be accepted.
- After sending the e-mail, confirm receipt by telephone. The subject of the e-mail shall be "Application Form for Participation in Consignment of Women's Digital Human Resource Development Business (Name of your company)".
- In the case of mailing, it should be registered mail and write "Application form for participation / pledge is in progress" on envelopes etc. In addition, be sure to contact the submission address by telephone or e-mail after shipping.

Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request
Notification date: Tuesday, July 4, 2023
All businesses that have submitted the “Application Form for Participation” will be notified of the “Proposal Qualification Confirmation Result Notice” by e-mail. In addition, those who meet the proposal qualifications will be sent by e-mail along with the “Proposal Documents Submission Request Form”.
A person who has been notified that he / she has not been granted a proposal may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, the document must be submitted to the application form submission destination by 17:00, 5 days after the day on which the city sent the notice, excluding holidays stipulated by the Act on Holidays of Administrative Organs.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within five days, excluding holidays stipulated by the Act on Holidays of Administrative Organs, starting from the day following the date on which the above document was received.
