Questions and answers will be notified by e-mail to all businesses that have confirmed that they are qualified for the proposal.
If you do not have a question, you do not need to submit a questionnaire.

Notification date: Tuesday, July 4, 2023
All businesses that have submitted the “Application Form for Participation” will be notified by e-mail of the “Proposal Qualification Confirmation Results” by e-mail. In addition, those who meet the proposal qualification will be sent an e-mail with a “Proposal Documents Submission Request Form” by email.　
A person who has been notified that the proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation application form submission destination by 17:00 five days after excluding holidays stipulated by the law on holidays of administrative organs, starting from the day after the day when the city sent out the notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding holidays stipulated by the Law on Holidays of Administrative Institutions, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
