3 Those who have a track record of website building and digital advertising in the past.
4 From the submission of the “Application Form for Participation (No. 1 Style)” to the identification of the contract candidate, according to the provisions of the “Yokohama City Nomination Suspension (established on April 1, 2004)” Those who have not received suspension measures.
5 Persons who can perform their duties until the expiration of the performance period.
Those who have not been suspended from bank transactions.
7 Persons who do not have a relationship with gangs prescribed in Article 2 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance.
