Participation conditions must meet the conditions of (1) and do not meet the restrictions of (2).

Applicants who are eligible to apply shall meet all of the following requirements:

• Person who is listed in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list of Reiwa 5.6, and has registration of detailed G "homepage creation" of business type "computer business".
• A person who has a track record (including renewal) of website designs that meet all of the following conditions:
  • Government website within the past 5 years
  • Comply with AA of web accessibility (JIS X 8341-3: 2016)
  • Being a responsive web design
  • Create a page layout with multiple patterns of different designs, rather than creating a single page.
• Suspension according to the provisions of the "Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (established on April 1, 2004)" between submitting the "Application Form for Participation (No. 1 Style)" and identifying the contract candidate Person who has not received measures.
• A person who can perform the work until the end of the performance period.
• Those who have not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
• Person who does not have a relationship with gangsters prescribed in Yokohama-shi gang exclusion regulations Article 2.
• Persons who do not fall under Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
• A person who has not filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004).
• A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings based on the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (rehabilitation or rehabilitation proceedings) (Excluding those who have been decided and whose city has recognized that there is no risk of falling into unperformance.)
• Those who are not primarily engaged in religious or political activities.

Those who fall under any of the following items may not participate as an application.

• Relatives within the third degree of the evaluation committee.
• A person belonging to a for-profit organization in which a relative within the third degree of the evaluation committee member is presided over, officers, and advisors.

At the time of hearing, we will use the proposal to give an oral presentation. At that time, slides etc. can be displayed on the display installed at the venue to supplement the explanation, but the contents not described in the proposal are not accepted. We do not accept any changes or additions to proposals.

You can bring your laptop with you. The display (32 type, interface: HDMI terminal) installed at the venue can be used. Other equipment is not allowed.

• When writing by hand, all must be written with a ballpoint pen that does not disappear (pencill pencil writing, disappearing ballpoint pen cannot be used).
• If the submission deadline has passed, it will not be accepted. However, if the arrival is delayed due to reasons caused by the carrier, the proof will be accepted.
• In the case of mailing, write "Application Form for Participation / Pledge" on envelopes etc. In addition, be sure to contact the submission address by telephone or e-mail after shipping.
• When bringing, submit between 9:00 and 12:00 on weekdays or between 13:00 and 17:00.
