The conditions for participation must meet the conditions of (1) and do not meet the restrictions of (2)

Eligible applicants shall meet all of the following requirements:

• Those who are listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List in Reiwa 5/6, and who have registered for detailed G "Homepage Creation" of the business type "Computer Business".
• A person who has a track record (including renewal) of website design that satisfies all of the following conditions.
  • The government website must be within the last five years
  • Comply with AA of web accessibility (JIS X 8341-3: 2016) AA
  • Responsive web design
  • You must create multiple page layouts with different designs, rather than creating a single page.
• From the submission of the “Application Form for Participation (No. 1 Style)” to the identification of the contract candidate, suspension according to the provisions of the “Yokohama City Nomination Suspension (established on April 1, 2004)” Those who have not received the measures.
• A person who can perform the work until the expiration of the performance period.
• Those who have not been suspended from bank transactions.
• Person who does not have relationship with gangs prescribed in Yokohama-shi gang exclusion regulations Article 2.
• Person who does not correspond to Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
• A person who has not filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004).
• A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those whose decision has been made, and the city has recognized that there is no risk of falling into immorable.)
• Those who do not have the primary purpose of religious or political activities.

Those who fall under any of the following items may not be able to participate as applications.

• Relatives within the third degree of the evaluation committee.
• A person who belongs to a for-profit organization in which relatives within the third degree of the evaluation committee are presides, officers, or advisors.

At the time of hearing, use the proposal to give an oral presentation. At that time, slides etc. can be displayed on the display installed at the venue to supplement the explanation, but the contents not described in the proposal will not be accepted. Changes or additions of proposals are not allowed.

A laptop can be brought in. The display (type 32, interface: HDMI terminal) to be installed at the venue can be used. Other equipment is not allowed to bring in.

• When writing by hand, write all with a ballpoint pen that does not disappear (pencil writing, disappearing ballpoint pens cannot be used).
• If the deadline has passed, it will not be accepted. Provided, however, that if the arrival is delayed due to reasons caused by the delivery company, the proof shall be accepted.
• In the case of mailing, write "Application for Participation and Pledge" on the envelope, etc. Also, be sure to contact the submission destination by phone or e-mail after shipping.
• If you bring it, please submit between 9:00 and 12:00 or 13:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.
