Method of Submission of Periodic Reports (April 12, 2021)

From April 1, 2021, the Kanagawa Prefectural Building Safety Association has started submitting regular reports (trials) (buildings, building equipment, fire prevention equipment) by e-mail, but submit it directly to Yokohama City In the case of submitting, the submission method will be "submit directly to the reception desk" or "submit by mail". 2020

The website has been renewed! (March 18, 2021)

The website of the periodic reporting system has been renewed. If you bookmarked the URL of the old homepage, you are very sorry, but please set the bookmark again.

The seal of various registration form related to periodic reporting is no longer required (March 1, 2021).

In addition to periodic survey and inspection reports, seal is no longer required for other periodic reports. The format has been updated, so please download and use the latest format from the "Download Form List". In addition, if correction is required, in principle, we will respond by replacing it.

With the enforcement of the "Ministerial Ordinance Revision of Part of Ordinances Related to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to review procedures for requesting seal" (promulgated on December 23, 2020), the seal is no longer required for periodic surveys and inspection reports. The format has been updated with the revision, so please download the latest format from the "Download Form List" and use it. In addition, if the report or summary report needs to be corrected, we will replace it in principle.

We would like to ask you to use the latest form in reporting.

Regarding the periodic report format of the underground shopping malls, the survey results table and criteria have been revised (April 1, 2020).

About building corresponding to "underground mall" in Yokohama-shi, "survey result table (only for underground shopping mall)" (word: 22KB)" necessary for periodical report was revised. Please attach the latest form in the report. In addition, the criteria have been changed due to measures such as misalignment of provisions, so please check them together. 2019

Changes in Inspection Period for Building Equipment and Fire Protection Equipment (February 17, 2020)

Until now, the inspection time for building equipment and fire prevention equipment has been set to be within one month before the date of the periodic report, but this time, the inspection will be conducted within three months before the date of the periodic report. did.

Revision of Survey Scope and Items for Private Room Video Stores (February 17, 2020)

Among private room video stores, etc., which have been independently designated as periodic reporting targets in Motoichi, we reviewed the survey scope of small ones. The details of the review are as follows.
 
  The scope of investigation and inspection of buildings, building equipment, and fire prevention equipment is limited to the part used for the use of the private room video store and the evacuation route from there to the ground, etc., and no investigation is required for outer walls and rooftops.
 
Please refer to "Handling of Small Private Room Video Stores (PDF: 296KB)" for the handling of small private room video stores that can limit the survey area.
In addition, when reporting private room video stores, etc., please attach "Survey results table (only for private room video stores, etc.) No. 4 Form 2" in addition to the "Survey Results Table Separate Form Survey Results Table". [Important] Changes pertaining to buildings subject to periodic reporting (August 6, 2019)

Due to the revision of Article 6, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Building Standards Law enforced on June 25, 2019, buildings with a portion of 200 m2 or less to be used for special buildings are excluded from buildings subject to periodic reports. Was excluded. In Yokohama-shi, we revise Yokohama-shi Building Standard Law enforcement detailed regulations with this and designate target of periodical report again. Please refer to “3 Reportable Buildings / Elevators, etc.” for the periodic report targets after the revision.
Basically, there is no change in the buildings subject to periodic reports, but the following buildings are not subject to periodic reports.
 
  The total floor area of the part to be used for the purposes listed in column 1 (i) of the Building Standards Act of the entire building is 200 m2 or less

  Buildings with no more than 2 floors of the entire building

2017

Items, methods, and styles in the inspection result table, etc. of the periodic inspection of building equipment have been changed (April 1, 2017).

With the revision of the notification of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, inspection items, methods, criteria for determining results, style of the test result table, etc. have been changed. Notification (periodic report) on items of surveys, etc. of underground malls (April 1, 2017)

Based on the Yokohama City Building Standards Law Enforcement Detailed Regulations, items for surveys on periodic reports of underground malls are stipulated in the notification. When building corresponds to "underground mall", please attach "results result table (underground mall)" (Yokohama-shi notification 400th separate paragraph) after confirming judgment standard. Periodic inspection and reporting of fire prevention equipment are required (April 1, 2017)

From 2017, regular reports on "fire prevention equipment" such as fire doors and fire shutters installed in buildings of certain uses and scales, is required. For details on the target buildings and submission time, please refer to “3 Reporting Period and Time of Report” for details on the target buildings and submission time.
Buildings that do not have fire prevention equipment to be inspected <fire prevention equipment (fire doors, fire shutters, fire protection screens, etc.) that can be closed or activated at any time (excluding fire prevention dampers)> are subject to periodic reporting of "fire prevention equipment" Not applicable. 2016

[Important] The periodic reporting system has been changed since June 1, 2016! (As of June 1, 2016)

With the revision of the Building Standards Law, etc., "Buildings, Building Equipment, etc. subject to periodic reporting", "cycle and timing of reporting", etc. will change from June 1, 2016. The owners and managers of the building should check the points of the following revision, and after the enforcement, carry out periodic surveys and inspection reports in accordance with the new system.

Investigation of specific ceilings is now required (enforced on April 1, 2015)

From April 1, 2015, "Specific ceiling" has been added to the survey items for special buildings. (* Please note that the format in the survey results table will be updated.)

About percussion investigation of outer wall (April 1, 2008)

From 2008, if tiles, stones, etc. (excluding those by the dry method), mortar, etc. are used on the exterior materials of the building, for parts that may harm pedestrians etc. due to falling, A full consultation survey was required.

Revision of Building Standards Law Enforcement Detailed Regulations (April 2008) (April 1, 2008)

From April 2008, the periodic report and the periodic report summary have been completely changed due to the revision of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Regulations. Regarding the survey / inspection results, specific survey items and survey methods are specified, so please submit them in the prescribed format. In addition, please submit materials such as results drawings, related photos, and outlines of test results. Please note that we will not be able to accept applications without a summary sheet.
