3. Buildings, elevators, etc. to be reported

Buildings, building equipment, fire prevention equipment, elevators, amusement facilities that require regular reporting in Yokohama City

Buildings, building equipment, fire prevention equipment, elevators, and play facilities that require periodic reports in Yokohama City are listed in addition to those specified by a Cabinet Order (Article 16), as well as "Yokohama City Building Standards Law Enforcement Detailed Regulations" (Article 6, Article 7, Article 7-2).
The following [Table 1] and [Table 2] describe the buildings, building equipment, and fire prevention equipment to be reported. In addition, we can confirm whether it is building targeted for report from "building, building equipment, fire prevention equipment (outside site) that requires periodic report based on Building Standard Act Article 12 in Yokohama-shi".

(1) Buildings

For each usage category in A-1 to C-1 in the following [Table 1], those that fall under any of the scales, etc. in the right column.
※[Table 1] Apartment houses and offices where the use listed in do not exist in buildings are not subject to reporting of "buildings", "building equipment" and "fire prevention equipment" in Yokohama city. However, elevators in buildings may be subject to reporting.

※1: In the table, S refers to "total floor area of the part to be used for the purpose". In addition, "parts to be used" includes rooms, corridors, warehouses, etc.
