3 Buildings, elevators, etc. to be reported

Buildings, building equipment, fire prevention equipment, elevators, and play facilities that require periodic reporting in Yokohama City

Buildings, building equipment, fire prevention equipment, elevators, and amusement facilities that require periodic reports in Yokohama City are stipulated by Cabinet Order (Article 16), as well as the "Yokohama City Building Standard Law Enforcement Detailed Regulations" (Article 6, Article 7, Article 7-2).
The following [Table 1] and [Table 2] describe the buildings, building equipment, and fire prevention equipment to be reported. In addition, we can confirm whether it is building targeted for report from "building, building equipment, fire prevention equipment (outside site) which needs periodic report based on Building Standard Act Article 12 in Yokohama-shi".

(1) Buildings

For each use category of A-1 to C-1 in [Table 1] below, those that fall under any of the scales in the right column "Eligible Items".
※[Table 1] Apartment houses and offices that do not have the use listed in the building are not subject to reports on "buildings", "building equipment", and "fire prevention equipment" in Yokohama City. However, elevators in buildings may be subject to reporting.

※1: S in the table refers to "total floor area of the part to be used for the purpose". In addition to each living room, corridors, warehouses, and other facilities are included in the “parts to be used for use”.
   This includes parts related to the application, such as office rooms.
※2: Those whose target uses are only on the evacuation floor are not eligible (excluding private video shops, etc.).
※3: Excluding those attached to the school.
※4: "Private room video shops, etc." are only for those with private rooms divided by walls, ceilings, and doors.
