When submitting a regular survey / inspection report by mail, if you wish to send a report receipt, please enclose a reply envelope (paste a postage stamp and specifying the destination).
If you submit various notices by mail, please prepare one copy if you need a copy, and enclose a reply envelope (with a postage stamp and specify the destination).
In addition, submission of reports is also accepted via the Kanagawa Prefectural Building Safety Association (outside site), which is engaged in reporting agency. For more information, please check the official website.
