If you submit a periodic survey / inspection report by mail, if you would like to send a report receipt, please enclose a reply envelope (with a postage stamp attached and clearly indicate the destination).
If you submit various notices by mail, please prepare one copy separately if you need a copy, and enclose a reply envelope (with a postage stamp attached and specifying the destination).
In addition, submission of reports is also accepted via the Kanagawa Prefectural Building Safety Association (outside site), which is engaged in reporting agency services. For details, please refer to the following website.
