The area limit in the standard of development permission is that among the urbanized areas, areas with city planning restrictions (first-class low-rise residential areas and second-class low-rise residential areas) shall be equal to or greater than the scale, and other residential restricted areas In principle, it is stipulated that it should be 100 square meters or more.
