Last Updated February 1, 2024
According to the standards of development permission, for urbanized areas, areas where the minimum site scale is determined by city planning restrictions (first-class low-rise residential areas and second-class low-rise residential areas) are the minimum site due to the city planning restrictions. For other areas, in principle, more than 100 square meters are required. In addition, about urbanization adjustment area, we demand more than 125 square meters (roadside area is more than 100 square meters) in principle.
