Q2-4 Can I apply for a building confirmation before development is completed?

Building confirmation application is possible, but we cannot start construction work under the City Planning Act (outside site) even if we receive grant of confirmation.
In addition, if there is a justifiable reason that development activities cannot be performed properly unless construction work is performed at the same time, we have approved a request for cancellation of restrictions on buildings.
