1.Procedure for new designation

2.Procedure for designated renewal

Designated validity period such as designated obstacle welfare service establishments is six years, and designated renewal application is necessary by designated validity end period. Please refer to the guidance text for the application period and documents to be submitted.

6.Procedures related to the establishment of a business management system

In accordance with the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act, the establishment of a business management system such as legal compliance is required, and it is necessary to submit a registration form that describes matters related to the establishment of a business management system. In addition, if there is a change in the legal compliance officer or an increase or decrease in the number of business sites after submission, the registration form of the change must be submitted.

7.Procedure for Information Disclosure System

Based on the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act, it is mandatory to publish various types of information on businesses and offices so that users can select high-quality services according to their individual needs.
Announcement will be made using the "Information Disclosure System for Disability Welfare Services (WAMNET)".

8.Procedures for abolition, suspension, decline, and resumption

When designated disability welfare service companies abolish, suspend, or resume business (in the case of facility, decline of designation), it is necessary to report each report document after contacting business jurisdiction section beforehand .
