1.Overview of group homes for persons with disabilities
The group home for persons with disabilities (communal living support) is one of the welfare services for persons with disabilities stipulated in Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Act (Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act) for comprehensively supporting the daily and social life of persons with disabilities. For those with disabilities, we provide consultation, bathing, excretion or nursing care for meals, and other daily life assistance, mainly at night, in a shared living house. In addition, it is expected as a receiving point for regional transition from facilities for persons with disabilities under the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act.
In Yokohama City, we will continue to promote the development of group homes for persons with disabilities so that people without disabilities can live with peace of mind in the community.
※From April 2014, cohabitation care (care home) has been unified into cohabitation support (group home).

3.Operational guidance
Operational guidance is provided once every three years. About notice of result, we notify by document after examining necessity to notify as city based on matter that we confirmed locally, hearing and comment. If you have any suggestions that require an improvement report, please prepare and submit a report using the following format.
If it is not recognized as an appropriate project implementation, it may be a partial or all return of the designated cancellation as a group home for the disabled or a subsidy.
We will notify you and notify you of the implementation by the month before the month in which the operation guidance is implemented, so please respond.

5.About accident report

If a user determined by Yokohama City uses a group home outside Yokohama City, it may be possible to request a rent subsidy addition, etc. according to the standards of the local government where the group home is located. In addition, please submit the first style of the above summary by the month before the month you request in principle.
If you do not submit it, you may be rejected, so please do not forget it.
