The flow up to the designation is as follows.

2.Preparation of application documents
 ※Please submit to this section by mail at least one week before the interview date.
3.Interviews by the beginning of the month prior to the designated month
 ※During the state of emergency, we will exchange information by e-mail etc. to prevent the spread of infection.
 ※Please note that interviews may be held before the application documents are prepared.

About the filing of an error

When correction is necessary in request contents such as person with a disability independence support payment costs, we perform error withdrawal request from Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (new) (outside site).

Until 23:59 the day before the last open agency of the month
Example: In the case of April 2022, it will be until 23:59 on April 27.
※If it coincides with Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the deadline will be moved forward.
※It is from December 29 that Yokohama City will be closed at the end of the year.
