When new designation is hoped for, please perform prior application by the last day four months before the hope-designated moon. If business plan is done, we have you submit materials and inform of adjustment from obstacle facility Service Section in schedule of interview. In addition, explanation from manager, service administrator is necessary for interview.
About prior interview with obstacle facility Service Section, we would appreciate your usually crossing schedule having room as it takes 2 months or more from the first interview.

※When submission, interview is not finished by date in reference to the following schedule, the hope-designated moon is 1 or will spread monthly.

When it is admitted that we adapt to laws and ordinances concerned in designated standard, I send finger price list and designated notification to office by mail by the end of the month.

●Designated date
It becomes business start from 1st of the hope-designated moon. When there are defects in documents, designation is 1 or is postponed monthly. In the middle of month as cannot start, please be careful.
