Information on price soaring support projects such as Yokohama City Disability Welfare Facilities

In the face of soaring crude oil prices and prices, welfare facilities and offices in the city will provide various services stably without passing on the burden to users. As support for soaring prices, a certain amount of support money will be paid from October 2023 to March 2024.

Person who runs establishment in Yokohama-shi carrying out business to raise in the following table with designation of Motoichi as of January 1, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "business") and carries out business to raise in the following table, 2024 Person who is expected to continue business until March 31, 2012.
However, businesses that fall under any of the following items are excluded.
(１) Those that have not been provided between October 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024.
(２) Those whose business has been abolished or suspended as of the date of application.
(３) From October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, the amount of user burden was increased due to soaring utilities, fuel and food costs. However, if the user is refunded for the increased amount by the date and time of application and the transfer of the price to the user is eliminated, it shall be treated as a grantee.

※1 “Business start date” means the designated date for independence support payment costs and local life support projects.
※2 “Group home” is the unit price per home.
※3 “Short-term admission” does not apply to empty floor type.

Application deadline: Must arrive on Thursday, December 28th. ※For establishments whose designated date is after November, it must arrive on Wednesday, January 31.
Payment period: After the application is accepted, we will send you a notification of the grant decision as soon as the examination is completed. Payment will be made approximately one month after the notification is issued.

Application is for each office. There is only one application for each business office number.
Group homes are also applied for each establishment number (the benefit amount is “unit price per home x number of homes” for each business establishment).

１．Facilities and offices submit a set of application documents and other documents.
２．Examination by each business jurisdiction section (if there is any defect, we will contact you from the contractor)
３．We send grant decision notice to facility, establishment from each business jurisdiction section.
４．Payment (transfer to the designated account approximately one month after the delivery decision notice is sent)
