Sakae Ward Health Promotion Promotion Council

In order to effectively promote initiatives for extending the health and longevity of inhabitants of a ward, it is necessary for inhabitants of a ward who are not particularly conscious of health to take measures for healthy longevity.　　　　　
Therefore, we established the Sakae Ward Health Promotion Promotion Council in fiscal 2023 with the aim of promoting cooperation and cooperation with private businesses used by residents of various generations and organically linking and developing a series of health promotion projects.

• A bone activity seminar was held with JA Yokohama Hongo Branch and Hongo Higashi Branch. (September 20, 2024)

　　　28 members of the JA Women's Club participated.

　　　We measured bone health and estimated vegetable intake (vegecheck R), and conducted nutrition courses to make osteoporosis and strengthen bones.

　　　They also thought about the importance of physical checkup and cancer screening.

• Together with JA Yokohama Hongo Branch and Hongo Higashi Branch, we held the "Autumn Health Measurement Meeting" (PDF: 593KB). (October 15, 2024)

　　　We had 27 people visit us. Body composition and estimated vegetable intake measurement (vege check R) were measured.

・Together with the Ito-Yokado Katsuradai store, we held an “Autumn Health Measurement Meeting” (PDF: 1,102KB). (November 5, 2024)
For those who came to shop, we measured 29 estimated vegetable intake (vegecheck®), 29 blood vessel age, and 20 oral function measurement.

　　　18 members of the JA Women's Club participated.
