Sakae Ward Health Promotion Promotion Council

In order to effectively promote initiatives for extending the health and longevity of inhabitants of a ward, it is necessary for inhabitants of a ward who are not particularly conscious of health to take measures for healthy longevity.　　　　　
Therefore, we established the Sakae Ward Health Promotion Promotion Council in fiscal 2023 with the aim of promoting cooperation and cooperation with private businesses used by residents of various generations and organically linking and developing a series of health promotion projects.

• Along with JA Yokohama Hongo Branch and Hongo Higashi Branch, a “Health Support Course for Women” was held. (March 13, 2024)

　　　18 members of the JA Women's Club participated.

　　　We measured foot toes and body composition, and conducted lectures on frails and nutrition for seniors.

　　　They also thought about the importance of physical checkup and cancer screening.
