At the "Administrative Services Corner" located at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside of office hours, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using it.

Notifications of family register (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed at a later date in Family Registry Division, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the date of acceptance.

• 100 yen for 60 minutes (18: 00-8: 00)
• Maximum night charge of 400 yen
• Maximum price on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 1400 yen

Due to congestion at the counter, etc., the amount exceeding 60 minutes will be charged. Please use public transportation as much as possible.

1. Person with a disability and the caregiver (I would like presentation of certificate of the physically disabled, notebook of love, health and welfare notebook for the mentally disabled.)
2. Low-emission vehicles (limited to those using electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and natural gas vehicles). Please show vehicle inspection certificate's presentation.

• Workers of business sponsored, co-sponsored or sponsored by the city at a sports center attached to the ward office

The Sakae Ward Office is designed to help anyone move smoothly.

A multi-copy machine that can obtain certificates such as resident certificate using My Number Card is set on the first floor of the main building of the Sakae Ward Office. Please use it.
