2.Take photos according to the theme (If you have taken photos since September 2023, you can take photos in the past.)
3.Post the following 123 items listed in the caption.

　②Comments (e.g., episodes, what I felt attractive)
　③One of the hashtags (#) according to the department you are applying for.

• Photographs of the charm of Nishi-ku, Yokohama, which were applied by the above application method.
• Unpublished self-made photos taken after September 2023 and are not scheduled to be announced in other contests in the future
• Multiple entries can be submitted in both categories.
  (However, only one prize per person will be awarded. In addition, when posting multiple photos in a single post, only the first photo will be judged. )
• Single photo
  (Mild color correction and exposure correction are possible.) However, photos and group photos that have been significantly processed such as deformation or synthesis are not allowed.)
• If a person is shown as a subject, the consent of the person (subject) must be obtained so as not to infringe on the portrait right.

• Primary selection (around September)
  …The submitted works will be judged by the organizer, and several prize-winning works will be selected.
  　Passengers will be notified in late September using Instagram's direct message function, so please submit the shooting data.
• Secondary selection (around November)
  …The works selected in the primary selection will be voted at the Nishi Ward People's Festival and electronic voting to determine the winning works.

• After following the official City of Yokohama, Nishi Ward Instagram account (@nishi_yokohama_official) and posting with "# Nishi Ward Photo Town" or "# Nishi Ward Photo Nature" is deemed to have agreed to the application guidelines.
• You can apply for both categories and multiple works by yourself, but only one prize per person will be awarded. In addition, it is not possible to apply for the same photo in duplicate (it is also not possible to apply for the same photo to both departments).
• The copyright of the photo belongs to the contributor (photographer), but the organizer shall be able to use it free and unlimitedly without the permission of the contributor (photographer).
• If the person to be taken as the subject can be identified, it shall be limited to those who have obtained the consent of the subject. Please note that the organizer is not responsible for any problems.
