• Photographs of the charm of Nishi-ku, Yokohama, which was applied by the above application method
• Unpublished self-made photos taken after September 2023 and those that are not scheduled to be announced in other contests in the future
• Multiple entries can be submitted in both categories.
  (However, only one prize per person. Also, if you submit more than one photo to a single post, only the first photo will be considered.)
• Single photo
  (Mild color correction and exposure correction is possible. However, photos and group photos that have undergone significant processing such as deformation and synthesis are not allowed.)
• If a person is shown as a subject, the consent of the person (subject) must be obtained so as not to infringe on portrait rights.

• Those who have an attachment to Nishi Ward (whether professional or amateur)

• Those who agree to the application guidelines

• Primary selection (around September)
  …The organizer will judge the submitted works and select several prize-winning works.
  　Passers will be contacted around late September using Instagram's direct message function, so please submit the shooting data.
• Secondary selection (around November)
  …The works selected in the primary screening will be conducted by the Nishi Ward People's Festival and electronic voting to determine the winning works.

• After following the City of Yokohama, Nishi Ward official Instagram account (@nishi_yokohama_official) and post with "# Nishi Ward Photo Town" or "#Nishi Ward Photo Nature" will be deemed to have agreed to the application guidelines.
• You can apply for multiple works in both categories alone, but only one work per person will win. In addition, it is not possible to apply for the same photo in duplicate (it is not possible to apply for the same photo to both departments).
• The copyright of the photo belongs to the contributor (photographer), but the organizer shall be able to use it free of charge without the permission of the contributor (photographer).
• If the person to be shown as the subject can be identified, it shall be limited to those with the consent of the subject, and the organizer will be responsible for any troubles related to the infringement of portrait rights of the subject, unauthorized diversion of registered trademarks, copyright infringement, etc. Please note that we do not take any responsibility.
