About holding of the 49th Nishi Ward People's Festival in 2024

◆Eligibility for application　：Organizations that fall under any of the following (1) to (3)
（１） A non-profit organization whose activities are within Nishi Ward
（２） A non-profit organization that provides public services within Nishi Ward
（３） Stores and companies in Nishi Ward, as well as shopping districts and trade associations organized by them
◆Details of store openings　：Mock shops, bazaars, PR of various groups, exhibitions of activities, etc.
◆Number of parcels to be offered: About 60 plots are planned (up to 2 sections can be applied for per group)
◆Store opening fees　　：Non-profit organization 7,000 yen / block, stores and companies, etc. 12,000 yen / block
◆Selection results　：The selection results will be announced on the Nishi Ward website by Friday, August 2, and will be notified in writing (email, mail, etc.).
　※In the case of a large number of applicants, the executive committee (Secretariat) may determine the store opening after a lottery.

Oh About attendance of "living open space" participation group briefing session
　A briefing session will be held on the following schedule, so if you are a representative of the store organization (possible proxy) must attend.
　Date and time: From 10:00 on Thursday, August 22, 2024-(scheduled for about 1 hour)
　　　　In addition, about group providing food, please take a 30-minute course after the general briefing.
　Location: 3AB conference room on the 3rd floor of Nishi Ward Office

◆Application period: Reiwa must arrive from Monday, June 3, 6th to Monday, June 17
◆Application method: Fill out the application form with required items and submit it by (1) e-mail, (2) mail, (3) bring it, and (4) fax.

　(a) More than half of the members are Nishi Ward residents (residents, attending school and working)
　(b) An organization based in Nishi Ward
（２） An organization that can not only appear but also participate in the operation of the stage
◆Appearances: Dance band, musical instrument performance, chorus, etc.
◆Performing Location: Stage in Tobe Koen (approximately 9m wide x 7m deep)
◆Appearance time: Within 10 minutes (including preparation and withdrawal)
　　　　　　※The appearance time of each group may be adjusted at a later date depending on the number of performing groups and other information.
◆Selection results: By Wednesday, July 3, we will notify you of the selection results in writing (e-mail, mail, etc.).
　　　　　　In the case of a large number of applicants, the performers may be determined after a lottery by the group. In addition, if you want to hold a lottery, please.
