Nishi Ward celebrates its 80th anniversary on April 1, 2024, and plans to publish a magazine commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system (a commemorative booklet) in November that summarizes thoughts and messages for Nishi Ward.
In the commemorative magazine, photos of babies born after April 2023 will be posted!
Would you like to post a photo in commemoration of your child's birth? The 80th anniversary booklet will be presented to those who have been published! Please apply for it.

• The Nishi Ward System 80th Anniversary Commemorative Project Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Executive Committee") and Nishi Ward Office shall not be liable for any issues related to the copyright, portrait rights, or any other rights of the submitted photos.
• The copyright of the submitted photo belongs to the photographer, but the Executive Committee and the Nishi Ward Office may use it free of charge for public relations and introduction of initiatives related to the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system, as well as public relations and initiatives for the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system. In addition, applicants and photographers of the photograph shall not exercise the moral rights of the submitted photo.
• In the case of a large number of entries, the publication in the commemorative magazine will be drawn by lottery. In addition, the publication in the commemorative magazine will be replaced by sending the completed commemorative booklet. (Scheduled for the end of November)
• If you miss the lottery, the photos and messages you have submitted will be posted on the Nishi Ward website. The URL of the website will be notified by e-mail. (Scheduled for the end of November)
• We will not be able to respond to inquiries about the lottery method or lottery time.
• If the Executive Committee determines that the submitted photos fall under any of the following, they will not be eligible for the application without giving any notice, etc., and will not be posted on the commemorative magazine or website.

  • Anything that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights, such as copyrights and trademark rights of third parties
  • Anything that infringes the property, privacy, or portrait rights of third parties
  • Anything that slanders a third party
  • Those containing personal information such as Address (with personal information reflected in the application photo)
  • Anything that causes inconvenience, disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to third parties
  • Encourage and inviting criminal acts
  • Others in accordance with the above

• Personal information obtained from applicants by the Executive Committee and Nishi Ward Office at the time of this recruitment will not be used for any purpose other than creating commemorative magazines and websites, sending out booklets, and other necessary communications.
