Nishi Ward will celebrate its 80th anniversary on April 1, 2024, and plans to publish a commemorative booklet in November 2024, a magazine commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system, compiling thoughts and congratulatory messages for Nishi Ward.
In the commemorative magazine, photos of babies born after April 2023 will be posted!

• When applying, please agree to these notes before applying. You are deemed to have agreed upon your application.
• You can apply up to one photo per child.
• Please note that application photos may be trimmed or processed.
• If any issues relating to the copyright, portrait right, or any other rights of the submitted photos arise, it is the responsibility of the applicant, and the Executive Committee of the 80th Anniversary of the Nishi Ward System ("Executive Committee") and Nishi Ward Office are not responsible.
• The copyright of the submitted photos belongs to the photographer, but the Executive Committee and Nishi Ward Office may use them free of charge for publicity and introduction of initiatives for the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system, in addition to the magazine commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system without the permission of the applicant and photographer. In addition, applicants and photographers of photography shall not exercise the moral rights of the author of the submitted photo.
• In the case of a large number of applications, publication in the commemorative magazine will be a lottery. In addition, the publication in the commemorative magazine will be replaced by sending the completed commemorative booklet. (scheduled for the end of November)
• Even if you miss the lottery, photos and messages you submitted will be posted on the Nishi Ward website. The URL of the website will be notified by e-mail. (scheduled for the end of November)
• We will not respond to inquiries about the lottery method or the lottery time.
• If the Executive Committee determines that the application photo falls under any of the following, it will not be eligible for the application without giving any notice and will not be posted on the commemorative magazine or website.
  • Those that do not meet the requirements for recruitment photos
  • Those that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
  • Infringing intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademark rights of third parties
  • Infringing property, privacy, and portrait rights of third parties
  • Those that slander a third party
  • Address, etc. containing personal information (with personal information reflected in the application photo)
  • Those that cause inconvenience, disadvantage, damage, discomfort to third parties
  • That encourages and attracts criminal acts
  • Other equivalents

• Personal information obtained by the Executive Committee and Nishi Ward Office from applicants will not be used for any purpose other than creating commemorative magazines and websites, sending out booklets, and other necessary communications.
