Request for sponsorship of the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward

Born in 1944, Nishi Ward will celebrate its 80th anniversary on April 1, 2024.
Currently, we have set up the 80th Anniversary Commemorative Project Executive Committee of the Nishi Ward System, which is composed of members of the Union Neighborhood Associations and organizations in the ward, and are preparing for the implementation of the commemorative project.
We ask for your cooperation in carrying out a commemorative project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system.

The sponsorship money received will be used for initiatives related to the 80th anniversary of the constituency system.

・Issuance of booklets that connect shopping streets and individual stores
・Holding a commemorative ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary with everyone

We offer benefits such as invitations to the 80th anniversary ceremony of the Nishi Ward system and posting company name and organization names in the 80th anniversary booklet.

The flow of application for sponsorship and transfer is as follows.

1. Application for sponsorship
   Please fill out required items in the “Application for Supporting the 80th Anniversary of the Nishi Ward System” and submit it to the Secretariat by e-mail, fax, mail, or bring it with you.
2. Issuance of Invoices (only if desired)
   After confirming the submitted application form, the secretariat will issue an invoice about 10 days and mail it.
3. Transfer of sponsorship money
   Please transfer your sponsorship money to the "Transfer Account" below. (I am very sorry, but please pay the transfer fee.)
   It is also possible to bring your sponsorship money directly to the secretariat.
4. Issuance of receipt (only if requested)
   After confirming the transfer, the secretariat will issue a receipt.
