Founded in 1944, Nishi Ward will celebrate its 80th anniversary on April 1, 2024.
Currently, we have established an executive committee to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system, comprising all members of the Allied Neighborhood Associations, and are preparing for the implementation of the commemorative project.
We would like to ask for your cooperation in implementing a commemorative project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Nishi Ward system with you.

・Holding a commemorative ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary with everyone

We offer special benefits such as invitations to the 80th anniversary ceremony of the Nishi Ward system and posting company and organization names in the booklet commemorating the 80th anniversary of the constituency system.

The flow of application for sponsorship, transfer, etc. is as follows.

1. Application for sponsorship
   Please fill out the required items form for the 80th Anniversary of the Nishi Ward System and submit it to the Secretariat by e-mail, fax, mail, or bring it with you.
2. Issuance of invoice (only if desired)
   After confirming the submitted application form, the secretariat will issue an invoice about 10 days and mail it.
3. Transfer of sponsorship money
   Please transfer the sponsorship money to the "Transfer Account" below. (I'm very sorry, but please pay the transfer fee.)
   You can also bring your sponsorship directly to the secretariat.
4. Issuance of receipt (only if desired)
   After confirming the transfer, the secretariat will issue a receipt.
