■Coordination of disputes
If there is a request from the local residents to resolve the dispute, we will make "adjustment of the dispute".
If necessary, ask the local residents or businesses for the next agency and listen to their opinions. In addition, we may ask you to submit the necessary materials. In addition, the local residents and businesses may come to the place of discussion, and the staff of the Consultation and Coordination Division may make adjustments so that they can be resolved harmoniously while checking the points of both claims.
The dispute adjustment period will be 180 days from the day following the date of the request for resolution of the dispute.
■Mediation
If the coordination of the dispute does not end within the period, it will proceed to mediation. In mediation, a dispute mediation committee with the establishment of a graveyard etc. will be entered between both parties to the dispute, and the dispute will be resolved.
The mediation period is within 150 days from the date on which the dispute adjustment period has elapsed. In the meantime, the Mediation Committee listens to the situation from both sides from a professional and fair standpoint, and coordinates toward the establishment of mediation while showing the members' thoughts.
