Introduction of Dispute Mediation Committee

If there is a request from a local resident to resolve a dispute, we will make a "coordination of dispute".

The dispute adjustment period is 180 days from the day following the date on which the dispute resolution is made.
■Mediation
If the dispute adjustment is not completed within the time limit, it will be transferred to mediation. In mediation, a dispute mediation committee for setting up a graveyard, etc. between the parties involved in the dispute, and works to resolve the dispute.
The mediation period is within 150 days from the date of the dispute adjustment period has expired. In the meantime, the Mediation Committee listens to the situation from both sides in a professional and fair position, and adjusts toward the conclusion of the mediation while showing the members' ideas.
