Overview

When we establish graveyards newly and are going to run, or when we expand or abolish existing graveyards, we receive permission based on law about graveyard, burial or the regulations about permission of management such as Yokohama-shi graveyards is needed.
Please contact Medical Care Bureau Health Sanitation Division Environmental Instructor for specific procedures.

Prior consultation

Please submit prior consultation book 30 days before sign setting, and receive grant of answer book.
After receiving the answer sheet, consult with the relevant bureau and submit a prior consultation result report before applying for permission.

Plan explanation

Please explain the contents of the plan to the local residents and report the contents and the opinions of the local residents. ※If a local resident submits a dispute resolution request, the dispute will be adjusted.

Management Status ReportIf you run a business-type graveyard or ossuary and the amount of income for one fiscal year exceeds 80,000 yen, please prepare a property inventory, income and expenditure statement, balance sheet and business report for the relevant fiscal year.
