Overview

When we install graveyards newly and are going to run, and when we expand or abolish existing graveyards, we receive permission based on the regulations about permission of management such as graveyards, burials or the regulations about permission of management such as Yokohama graveyards is needed.
For specific procedures, please contact the Environmental Guidance Section of Health Sanitation Division Medical Care Bureau.

Please be sure to consult with the Environmental Instructor of Medical Care Bureau Health Sanitation Division before using the service, as required items, attached documents, submission address, etc.

Prior consultation

Please submit a prior consultation at least 30 days before the sign installation and receive a response form.

Explanation of plan

Report on Business StatusIf you run a business-type cemetery or ossuary and the amount of income for one fiscal year exceeds 80 million yen, please prepare a property inventory, income and expenditure statement, balance sheet and business report for the relevant year.
