Subsidies for renovation of vacant houses (local contribution type)

Overview

In order to promote the establishment of facilities that contribute to regional revitalization (child care support facilities, elderly support facilities, co-working spaces, etc.), vacant houses will support renovation costs.
Those who are eligible are local organizations and businesses such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and NPOs.
Reception will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be closed when the budget for the relevant fiscal year is reached.

Preliminary confirmation

Please prepare a check sheet and check the requirements etc. in advance.
Those that meet the requirements as businesses that contribute to regional revitalization are eligible. In Motoichi, after consultation with related departments, we will judge whether business contributes to regional revitalization, so please consult early at the planning stage.
