　In cooperation with real estate-related organizations and community development NPOs that have concluded agreements with the city on measures such as vacant houses, we dispatch counselors such as residential land and building business operators and architects free of charge to provide lease contracts, renovation, and business plans for vacant houses.

　This is a system that bridges owners such as vacant houses in Yokohama City with groups and businesses looking for bases for local activities and setting up a place for dialogue. Please feel free to contact us if you have a vacant houses or open space where you have not decided how to use it, or if you want to work in the area.

　For the purpose of promoting the establishment of facilities that contribute to regional revitalization (child-rearing support facilities, elderly support facilities, co-working spaces, etc.), we will assist vacant houses's renovation costs (e.g., interior and exterior, and seismic retrofitting work). Eligible persons are local activities groups and businesses such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and NPOs. Reception will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be terminated when the budget for the relevant year is reached.
