Condominium Mirai Planner Course
We are developing experts who support future studies of condominiums with high age.
Last Updated December 16, 2024
What is the Condominium Mirai Planner?
As condominiums age, each section owner asks, "Is it possible to continue living as it is?" "How much money will it cost in the future?" "Isn't it possible to rebuild because it's old and inconvenient?" And so on. In such a case, it is necessary for all division owners, mainly in Residential Association and others, to compare and examine what to do with their condominium in the future.
Compare extension of life, rebuilding, and sale of condominiums
This study needs to be considered based on future repair / renovation costs, methods, rebuilding costs, etc., so expert knowledge is required.
However, since there are still few specialists capable of supporting such studies, the city, Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation, and Yokohama City University collaborated to develop “Condominium Mirai Planner” for qualified condominium managers and other condominium-related personnel, in fiscal 2023.
We will continue to hold lectures in 2024 and nurture Mirai planners.
Role of Condominium Mirai Planner
Mirai studies require a variety of specialties depending on how the studies proceed, and there are many cases where one expert alone cannot respond. For this reason, in the course, the role of Mirai condominium planner is defined as "human resources who support the study by Residential Association while creating a network of collaboration with various experts."
