Survey on Condominium Residential Association

Yokohama City conducts surveys to understand the actual conditions of condominiums in Residential Association. The survey results will be compiled and analyzed, and will be used in future support measures for condominium Residential Association.

Purpose of investigation

To improve future condominium policies and support for Residential Association

Survey target

Condominiums built before 1983 and 6 or more units in the city

Questionnaire survey items

Required items
Whether or not there is a Residential Association, whether or not to hold a general meeting or board member, whether or not a management agreement, issues facing Residential Association, etc.
Optional items
Percentage of vacant dwelling units and rental, storage of design documents, preparation of minutes for general meetings and board member, etc.

2023

In fiscal 2023, the condominium Residential Association (Hodogaya Ward, Asahi Ward, Isogo Ward, Kanazawa Ward) were not answered in the FY2023 survey. Additional surveys were conducted at Kohoku Ward, Midori Ward, Aoba Ward, Tsuzuki Ward , Sakae Ward, and Totsuka Ward).
