Condominium Residential Association Survey

In Yokohama City, we are conducting a survey aimed at grasping the actual status of management of condominiums in the city. The survey results will be compiled and analyzed and used in future support measures for condominium Residential Association.

Built in 1984 (40 years old), 6 or more condominiums
Condominiums that were determined to require a re-examination of the management system and situation in the survey up to last year (for construction before 1983).

We asked about the activities of Residential Association, the accumulation of repair costs, and the implementation of large-scale repairs.

Questionnaire survey items

Required items
Whether or not there is a Residential Association, whether a general meeting or board member is held, whether there is a management agreement, issues facing Residential Association (selection type), etc.
Optional items
Percentage of vacant dwelling units and rental, storage of design documents, preparation of minutes of general meetings and board member, etc.
