Efforts to promote the study of temporary housing, etc. accompanying the rebuilding of condominiums and to provide information

　Necessary for "temporary housing" required for large-scale renovation work such as rebuilding of condominiums, seismic reinforcement, renovation of one building, etc., when not returning to rebuilt condominiums after rebuilding or selling sites, etc. For the "next house", section owners and residents will consider it smoothly, and we will raise awareness of early movements in housing search and support housing search so that rebuilding projects etc. can progress smoothly. .
　This initiative is being carried out in cooperation with the following four parties.

1. We will create and use pamphlets that introduce the importance of early housing search and the four public housing and support systems as a reference for housing search, and direct approach to Residential Association, which will conduct future studies.

　According to a questionnaire (March 2023) conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism regarding temporary relocation of division owners accompanying condominium rebuilding for rebuilding consultants, etc., the difficulty of temporary relocation (temporary housing) may affect agreement and progress.
