Recruitment of condominium Residential Association support center business management organization in 2025

The Yokohama Condominium Residential Association Support Center Project (H17-) recruits operating organizations, concludes collaborative contracts with selected organizations in Yokohama City, and carries out the business. Together with Yokohama City, we are looking for organizations that run this project.

1 How to proceed with business

We are looking for an organization to operate the Residential Association Condominium Support Center Business.
We will select the operating organization.
A contract will be concluded between the selected organization and Yokohama City regarding business content and role sharing.
Based on the division of roles stipulated in the contract, we will support the activities of Condominium Residential Association in collaboration with organizations that have concluded the contract.

2 Requirements of Proposal Organizations

Groups related to condominiums with offices and places of activity in Yokohama (civic activity groups, NPO corporations, public interest corporations, etc.)

3 Application Period

From Monday, February 17, 2025 to Monday, March 3, 2025

4 Business Period

From Tuesday, April 1, 2025 to Tuesday, March 31, 2026
※This project is subject to the resolution of the budget for fiscal 2025 in Yokohama City Council.

Business evaluation

　Based on Article 15 of the Yokohama City Citizen Collaboration Ordinance, this project evaluates and announces the results of the project, division of roles, etc. after the end of the project.
