What is the designated certification office support corporation system?

When Yokohama-shi receives application for certification of management plan from managers, etc., authorization of management plan (including change, update of authorization) as necessary. The same applies below. ) Is a system that can outsource a part of the office work related to a designated certified office support corporation.

What are the requirements for designation?

All of the following requirements must be met.

  1. Being a corporation
  2. Meet the following requirements specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism ※1
  3. Those who are deemed to be able to properly carry out part of the office work related to certification
  4. Do not fall under each item of Article 1, Paragraph 2 of the Enforcement Order on Promotion of Proper Management of Condominiums ※2

※1 Requirements specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism

  • Must have an accounting and technical basis sufficient to properly carry out certification support affairs.
  • The composition of officers or staff of corporations shall not hinder the fair implementation of certification support affairs.
  • If you are engaged in work other than the certification support work, there is no risk that performing the work will hinder the fair implementation of the certification support work.
  • In addition to the above, the applicant must have sufficient eligibility for performing certification support affairs.

※2 Each item of Article 1, Paragraph 2 of the Enforcement Order of the Law (in the following cases, designation is not possible)

  • When it is deemed that the corporation that has made the application cannot properly carry out the certification support affairs in accordance with the standards specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism regarding the operation of the certification support affairs.
  • When the corporation that made the application is a corporation that has been fined according to the provisions of the law, has completed its execution, or has not been received for more than two years from the date on which the application has been made.
  • When the corporation that made the application is a corporation whose designation has been revoked pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 and has not passed two years from the date of the cancellation.
  • When there is an officer of the corporation that made the application, who has been sentenced to punishment pursuant to the provisions of the law, has completed its execution, or has not passed two years from the date on which it no longer receives its execution.

Please attach required documents to the application form below and submit it to the Housing and Architecture Bureau Housing Reconstruction Division.
