(Standards for Buildings)
Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
（１） The use of the building shall be as follows.
Oh, single-family house (including two-family house)
(A) Single-family clinic combined housing
(C) Multipurpose housing specified in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
Oh, thing attached to building of each preceding item
（２） The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface.
（３） The site shall not be split. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when the site area of one section after the division is 150 square meters or more.
（４） The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 90 cm or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building in distance less than limit of this distance or part of building.
Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
