- Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
(Standards for Buildings)
Article 8 The site, position, use or form of a building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
1. Site
(1) The site area of the building shall be 150 m2 or more.
(2) The following residential land must not be changed in principle. However, in the case of integration and re-division, the site area shall be 150m2 or more, respectively.

2. Position
(1) The distance from the outer wall or the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.5m or more. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※It is not this limit about building or part of building which conforms to rule of.
3. Applications
(1) The first district shall be a single-family house and shall be a single-family house or a dual-use house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
(2) The second district shall be a low-rise apartment house and its affiliated facilities.
(3) The provisions of Article 8 may not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
4. Form
(1) Number of floors
(b) In the first district, the number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(b) In the second district, the number of floors excluding the basement shall be 3 or less.
(2) About the highest height of the building and the height of the eaves In the first district, the highest height from the ground surface must not exceed 9m and the height of the eaves must not exceed 6.5m.
5. Others
Hedges shall be hedges or crimp nets, and other similar openness.
