    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 8 The site, position, use and form of a building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards set forth in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
    1 Building in block A shall be a single-family house and shall be a house exclusively for residence.
    2 Buildings in block B shall be single-family houses, and shall be a dedicated house or a combined house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the "Ordinance".
    3 Buildings in the C block shall be terraced in the form of terrace house and shall be residential exclusively.
    The distance from the outer wall of the 4 building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Order ※This shall not apply to buildings conforming to the provisions of the building and parts of buildings.
    5 The maximum height of the building shall be 10 meters, and the height of the eaves shall be 7 meters or less.
    6 The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    7 Each section in the agreement area shall have a minimum area of 150 m2.
