    ※Due to the revision of the Building Standards Law, there has been a gap in the provisions described in the agreement.

  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 8 The site, position, use and form of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items. However, this does not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
    1 A The building in the block shall be a single-family house and a house dedicated to the house.
    2 Buildings in block B shall be single-family houses and shall be houses exclusively for houses or dual-use houses prescribed in Article 130-3 of the "Regulations".
    3 Buildings in the C block shall be in the form of terrace house and shall be houses exclusively for houses.
    The distance from the outer wall of the 4 buildings or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, Article 135-5 of the Order. ※This does not apply to buildings that conform to the provisions of the above and parts of buildings.
    5 The maximum height of the building shall be 10 meters and the height of the eaves shall be 7 meters or less.
    6 The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    7 The minimum area of each section in the agreement area shall be 150m2.
