(Standards for Buildings)
Article 8 The site, position, use, and form of a building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards set forth in the following items.
1. Sites
(1) Diversion of the site is prohibited.
(2) The minimum area of the site shall be 140 m2.
(3) Secondary construction of the site (cutting and embankment) is prohibited. (Prohibition of ground change at completion)
2. Position
(1) The outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this shall be 60 cm or more away from the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This shall not apply to buildings that conform to the provisions of the building or part of the building.
3. Applications
(1) The building shall be a detached house or a clinic, a store, or a combined house. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
4. Formation
(1) The number of floors shall be two or less, except for the basement floor.
(2) The maximum height of the building shall be 9m above the ground surface shall be 7m or less, and shall not exceed this.
(3) The building area shall be 5/10 or less of the site area.
(4) The total floor area shall be 10/10 or less of the site area.
(5) The height of each part of the building is obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance from the part to the site boundary line (if the north side of the site is a road, the center line) from the relevant part to the north direction by 5/10. Shall be less than the value obtained by adding 7.0m.
(6) The hedge shall have hedges, crimp nets, or the like.
