  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 8 The site, location, use, and form of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    1. Site
    (1) The division of the site is prohibited.
    (2) The minimum area of the site shall be 140 m2.
    (3) Secondary creation of the site (cut / embankment) is prohibited. (Prohibition of ground change at the time of completion)
    2. Position
    (1) The outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this shall be at least 60 cm away from the road boundary and the adjacent land boundary. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This shall not apply to buildings or parts of buildings that conform to the provisions of the above.
    3. Applications
    (1) The building shall be a single-family house, a clinic, a store, or a combined house. However, this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
    4. Form
    (1) The number of floors shall be 2nd or less except for the basement.
    (2) The maximum height of the building shall be 9m above the ground level and shall not exceed 7m.
    (3) The building area shall be less than 5/10 of the site area.
    (4) The total area shall be less than 10/10 of the site area.
    (5) The height of each part of the building is 7.0m obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance from the part to the site boundary line in the true north direction (if the north side of the site is a road, its center line) by 5/10. It is less than the numerical value added.
    (6) Hedges shall have hedges or climp nets or similar openness.
