(Restrictions on buildings)
Article 8 The site, position, use and form of a building in the area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The use of the building is a single-family private house and a clinic combined house (excluding veterinary clinic). The house will be combined with a store. (Refers to those listed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order)
(2) The number of floors shall be two or less except for the basement floor.
(3) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary shall be 0.6m or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to cases where the provisions of the above are met.
(4) The height from the ground surface shall not exceed 9m, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m.
(5) (4) The ground surface specified in item (4) shall be the ground surface of the residential land at the time of this agreement is concluded.
(6) The site of a single block shall not be used separately.
