- Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
(Restrictions on Buildings)
Article 8 The site, position, use and form of buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The use of the building is a single-family private house and a clinic combined house (excluding veterinary clinics) The house will be used together with the store. (Refers to those listed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order)
(2) The number of floors shall be 2 or less except for the basement.
(3) The distance from the outer wall or the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1 m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary shall be 0.6 m or more. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This shall not apply if it conforms to the provisions of the above.
(4) The height from the ground surface shall not exceed 9m and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m.
(5) The ground surface specified in item (4) shall be the ground surface of the residential land at the time of conclusion of this agreement.
(6) The site of one block must not be divided and used.
