(Standards for Buildings)
Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
(1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
Oh, single-family house (including two-family house)
B. Single-family clinic combined housing
C) Concurrent housing specified in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
D) Attached to buildings in each of the preceding items
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface.
(3) The site cannot be divided. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when the site area of one block after the division is 150 square meters or more.
(4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary and the adjacent land boundary shall be 90 cm or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
(I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is within 5 square meters.
