(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 Use, site, structure and position of building in agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
(1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
Oh, single-family house (including two-family living together house)
B. Single-family clinics combined housing
C) Concurrent housing prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
(2) The site area shall be 125 m2 or more.
(3) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary shall be 0.5m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or part of building.

(A) For storage and other similar uses (excluding car garages), the height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less

(4) The structure of the building shall be as follows.
Oh, do not put building directly on top edges such as Machi stone masonry retaining wall or concrete retaining wall. In addition, the foundation of the building is placed on the top of the crushed stone behind the retaining wall, but the removal of the crushed stone behind the retaining wall shall not be performed unless it is necessary for safety such as repair.
(B) A snow stopper shall be provided on the roof of the building to prevent snow falling.
C. Pay attention to laws and other laws and regulations of the Residential Land Development Regulation Law (Act No. 191 of 1961)
(5) When building a building or building a structure such as a mount, do not protrude from the top of the retaining wall shown in the Building Agreement Area Map.
