    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, site, structure and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    Oh, single-family house (including two-family living together house)
    B. A detached house with clinics
    C. Multipurpose housing prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
    (2) The site area shall be 125 m2 or more.
    (3) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.5m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or building.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of this is 3 m or less
    (A) Stores and other similar uses (excluding car garages), eaves height of the eaves is 2.3m or less, and the total floor area is within 5m2
    C) Items to be used for automatic car garages
    (4) The structure of the building shall be as follows.
    Oh, do not put building directly on top of top such as Machi stone pile retaining wall or concrete retaining wall. In addition, the foundation of the building is permitted on the top of the crushed stone behind the retaining wall, but the removal of the crushed stone must not be performed unless it is necessary for safety such as repair.
    B. The roof of the building shall be equipped with snow stoppers to prevent falling snow.
    C. Pay attention to laws and other laws and regulations of the Residential Land Development Regulation Law (Act No. 191 of 1961)
    (5) When we build building or build structures such as mounts, do not overhang out from the top of the retaining wall shown in the Building Agreement Area Map.
